The physical sensation of fear feels more than just a racing heart and tense muscles, which I can control - I swear I can literally feel my adrenal glands releasing chemicals that sink into my flesh like ink staining paper.
I’ve tried to google this and it’s no use. Everything just lists symptoms of panic attacks, which I know, or fear responses. I’m describing an actual physical sensation of fluid (?) spreading out from my core into my torso and limbs.
Dear Tumblr users who I don’t know in real life,
I really like seeing your personal posts, even the whiny angsty ones, and particularly the strange boring ones. I like these little windows into your lives even if I’ve never seen pictures of you and all I really know is that we like a few of the same tv shows.
